Patricia M. Wild, J.S.C. (Ret.)

Patricia M. Wild is a retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge. Appointed to the New Jersey Superior Court in 2008, and assigned to the Atlantic / Cape May County Vicinage, Judge Wild served four years in the Family Division and twelve years in the Criminal Division. She served on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Children-in-Court Improvement Committee and was Vice Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Criminal Practice Committee.

Judge Wild’s legal experience includes over twenty years in the Atlantic City casino industry in executive positions as in-house attorney and corporate secretary. Her responsibilities included advising casino executives on regulatory, human resources, risk management, contractual and marketing issues.

Prior to entering the casino industry, she served as a Deputy Attorney General with the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement. In that capacity, she investigated, reported upon and prosecuted before the NJ Casino Control Commission objections to entities and individuals seeking licenses in the

Atlantic City casino business. Ms. Wild served as Chair of the Casino Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and also served on several joint industry/regulatory committees, including the Governor’s Transition Committee on Casino Gaming.

Judge Wild also served as a Deputy Attorney General with the NJ Division of Criminal Justice on the Environmental Prosecutions Task Force.

A native of Camden, New Jersey, Judge Wild received her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Camden School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Highest Honors from Rutgers University.
