Felicia Grondin has held positions in the private sector, higher education and the executive, judicial and legislative branches of state government. She is experienced in addressing public policy and gambling industry issues and conducted a variety of related research initiatives including topics related to compulsive gambling. During her career Ms. Grondin received millions of dollars in grant funds for a variety of projects and continues to do so via her public relations consultancy, ArchAngel Agency International, LLC.
Ms. Grondin earned a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers – Newark and a B.A. from Stockton University.
